Note: Rates quoted do not include state and local
taxes, and are subject to change. Rates are flat rates regardless of
occupancy. Rates include continental breakfast. We are a non-smoking
property.
Individual deposit and cancellation policies: One
night's lodging deposit is due within ten days after reservation is made.
Final payment is due 45 days prior to arrival. If reservation is made
within 45 days of arrival date, full payment by credit card is required
when making the reservation.
Cancellations prior to 45 days of arrival
will be charged $50.00 per unit. Cancellations 45 to 30 days prior to
arrival forfeit deposit. Reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to
arrival are subject to no refund unless space is resold. Changes in
reservation dates, unit sizes and/or location within 30 days of arrival
are subject to the above cancellation policies. 
Group Deposit and Cancellation policies: $250.00 per
unit deposit is due with 10 days after the reservation is made. Final
payment schedule is as follows: 1/3 lodging due 90 days prior to arrival,
final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Rooming list is due 30 days
prior to arrival, as well as individual flight times, guests' phone
numbers, fax, and transportation/transfer information to The Blue Church
Lodge.
