- Accommodations: Luxury Townhouse with
fireplace, 2 bedrooms, 2 bed loft, 2 full baths, and fully
equipped kitchen.
- Rates: Rates vary from low season to high
season. See

- Open: Year Round.
- Reservations: Reservations are recommended

for availability 2 to 3 months in advance. Sometimes last minute
space is available, but not often. Please call to inquire about
last minute availability. Minimum stay is 3 days all season long.
- Payment: One night's lodging deposit is due
within 10 days after reservation is made. Final payment due 45
days prior to arrival. If reservation is made within 45 days of
arrival date, full payment by credit card is required. Visa,
MasterCard, and personal checks accepted.
- Cancellation policies: Cancellations made
more than 45 days before arrival will be charged $50.00 per unit.
Cancellations 30 to 45 days prior to arrival forfeit deposit.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival are subject to no
refund unless space is re-sold. Changes in reservation dates, unit
sizes, and/or location within 30 days of arrival are subject to
the above policies.
- Restrictions: Non-smoking property. Small
dogs may be considered.
- Breakfast: Continental (coffee, tea, hot
chocolate, orange juice, donuts, muffins, bagels, croissants,
cinnamon rolls.) Breakfast is offered during ski season only.
There are twenty-five restaurants located on Main Street 150 feet
away.
- Inn's Special Events and Packages: Rate
schedule: ski season rates, information and photos.
- Recreation & Activities: Downhill
skiing, cross-country skiing, snowmobiling, ice skating all nearby
at Park City Mountain Resort, Deer Valley Resort, The Canyons,
Snowbird, Alta Ski Area, Brighton, Solitude, and Sundance. Three
major ski areas within 1 to 3 miles, and 5 major ski areas within
1 hour's drive.
- Recommended Local Restaurants: There are
more than 25 fine restaurants along historic "Main Street", only a
5 minute walk. Other highly recommended restaurants within a 1 to
3 mile radius.
